Pickled Turnips

Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make pickled turnips are as follows:

Turnip

2tsp

Red chilies (crushed)

1tsp

Sugar

1tsp

Mustard seeds

1tsp

Apple cider vinegar

1tsp

Salt

 

Method:

  1. Peel turnips and cut into rounds or as you want; sprinkle salt on them and set aside.
  2. Boil 3 cups water with vinegar, mustard seeds, red chilies and sugar; pour over turnips.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon and store in a glass jar.

Delicious pickled turnips are ready.

Presentation:

Remove in a bowl or dish. Serve.
