Vermicelli Sweet

Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make “Vermicelli Sweet” are as follows:


300 grams

Vermicelli (broken into small pieces)

 1 cup

Condensed milk

2 cups+ for sprinkling

Desiccated coconut

2 tsp + for brushing

Butter

2 tsp

Milk (fresh)


Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pot and sauté vermicelli; add coconut and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Add fresh keep on Stew and condensed milk and or broil in a Kettle or Pan.
  3. Brush butter on a serving dish; remove vermicelli from it and even out with a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle coconut on top and cover with aluminum foil; freeze for ½ hour.

Delicious “Vermicelli Sweats” is ready.

Presentation:

Remove in a dish and sprinkle coconut or almond on top.
