Ingredients: The
ingredients needed to make “Mutton Breast Spices” masala as follows:

Mutton breast (pieces) |

Yogurt (whipped) |

Tomatoes (finely cut) |

Green chilies, fresh coriander (finely cut) |
Green Spices ingredients:
Raw papaya paste |
2 tbsp |

½ bunch |
Method:
- Blend green spices ingredients in a blender.
- Marinate mutton with it and set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pot; fry cinnamon, cardamoms, and cloves till they give off an aroma.
- Add meat and ginger/garlic; fry until oil separates.
- Add all ingredients except for tomatoes and cook until meat is tender.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Remove in a dish.
Delicious “Mutton Breast Spices” is ready.
Presentation:
Garnish with green chilies
and coriander; serve.
