Chao Toms

Ingredients:   The ingredients needed to make chaos toms are as follows:


100 grams

Prawns

100 grams

Chicken mince

100 grams

Fish fillet

5 cloves

Garlic

Onion

1 tsp

Brown sugar

Egg white

1 tbsp

Soya sauce

2 tbsp

Rice flour

1 tsp

Black pepper (crushed)

Carrots

To taste

Salt

For frying

Oil

For decoration

Lettuce leaves, cucumber

As accompaniment

Tomato ketchup


Method:

  1. Chop prawns, mince, fish, garlic, onion, sugar, egg white, soya sauce, rice flour, pepper and salt in a chopper.
  2. Cut carrots into thick long strips.
  3. Rub a little oil on your palms and place a little mix on them.
  4. Place a carrot in its center and shape into long kabab (Chao Tom).
  5. Repeat the process to make more Chao Toms.
  6. Heat oil in a wok and fry Chao Toms golden.

Delicious "Chao Toms" is ready.

Presentation:

Decorate a dish with lettuce leaves and cucumber; arrange Chao Toms on top and serve with ketchup.
