Pickled Prawn Vegetables

Ingredients:  The ingredients needed to make "Pickled Prawn Vegetables" are as follows:


½ kg

Prawns

1 tbsp

Garlic paste

1 cup

Mixed pickle

Tomatoes (chopped)

Onion (finely cut)

Capsicum (finely cut)

Carrot (finely cut)

Spring onions (finely cut)

½ tsp

Black pepper (crushed)

2 tbsp

White vinegar

Chicken cube

3 tbsp

Cornflour (made into a paste with water)

1 tbsp

Soya sauce

¼ tsp

Chinese salt

For frying+ 4 tbsp

Oil


Method:

  1. Marinate prawns with vinegar, cornflour, and Chinese salt and salt and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, and fry prawns golden. Remove.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok; fry onions brown and add garlic.
  4. When it gives off aroma add tomatoes and fry.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except for pickle and prawns; cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add pickle and prawns; cook for a few minutes.

Delicious "Gram Pickled Prawn" vegetables are ready.

Presentation:

Remove in a dish and serve hot.
