Ingredients: The
ingredients needed to make "Pickled Prawn Vegetables" are as follows:

Cornflour
(made into a paste with water) |

Chinese salt |
For frying+ 4 tbsp |

Method:
- Marinate prawns with vinegar, cornflour, and Chinese salt and salt and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok, and fry prawns golden. Remove.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok; fry onions brown and add garlic.
- When it gives off aroma add tomatoes and fry.
- Add all remaining ingredients except for pickle and prawns; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add pickle and prawns; cook for a few minutes.
Delicious "Gram Pickled Prawn" vegetables are ready.
Presentation:
Remove in a dish and serve hot.
